Chlorogenic Acid Modulates Autophagy by Inhibiting the Activity of ALKBH5 Demethylase, Thereby Ameliorating Hepatic Steatosis

Overall, this study demonstrates that CGA can alleviate hepatic steatosis by regulating autophagy through the inhibition of ALKBH5 activity inhibition.
