Microsatellite stability (MSS) colorectal cancer (CRC) has poor sensitivity to immunotherapy and its underlying mechanisms are still unclear. Guanylate binding proteins (GBPs) are a family of GTPase involving innate immune responses by providing defense against invading microbes and pathogens. However, the immunological significances of GBPs in MSS CRC remain unknown.
