摘要
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of methylase genes and aminoglycosides modification enzyme in multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(MDR-PAE)strains isolated from clinics.METHODS A total of 20 multi-drug resistant P.aeruginosa(MDR-PEA)strains isolated from Feb 2009 to Apr 2010 were collected,6 kinds of methylase and 8 kinds of aminoglycosides modification enzyme genes were analyzed by PCR and DNA sequencing.RESULTS Among the 20 strains of MDR-PEA,the positive rate of methylase carrying rmtB was 15.0%,and 40.0%,10.0%,20.0%,15.0%,10.0% of the isolates were detected to carry aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6')-Ⅰb,aac(6')-Ⅱ,ant(3″)-Ⅰ,ant(2″)-Ⅰ,respectively.aac(3)-Ⅰ,ant(4')-Ⅰ and aph(3')-Ⅱb were not detected.CONCLUSION The aminoglycosides modification enzyme producing is the major mechanism of MDR-PAE and the non-producing aminoglycoside modification enzyme MDR-PAE may relate to other mechanisms.
