摘要
Model samples of a steel–powder layer–steel layered composite material are fabricated. The microstructure and phase composition of the diffusion joint are investigated. Computational–analytical and finite element models of the process that occurs during end diffusion welding of layered composite parts are presented. The computational–analytical and finite element models are used to determine the contact pressure, the stresses, and the strains that appear in the diffusion zone of the layered composite material.
