摘要
The electrocatalytic oxidation of liquid fuel has gradually attracted the attention of researchers because it can replace the slow OER reaction of overall water splitting and is widely used in the field of fuel cells. However, the traditional noble metal-based electrocatalysts for liquid fuel electrocatalytic oxidation often have disadvantages such as low current density, easy catalyst poisoning and high cost. Therefore, it is very important to develop non-noble metal electrocatalysts with superior performance for this reaction. The construction of non-noble metal-based electrocatalysts with high activity and stability is one of the important requirements for the application and development of electrocatalysis. This chapter mainly introduces the current research progress of non-noble metal-based electrocatalysts for liquid fuel electrocatalytic oxidation and some advanced design concepts of electrocatalysts.
