摘要
Halide perovskite single-crystal materials have excellent optoelectronic properties, such as low defect density, high carrier mobility, and long carrier diffusion length, which have been developing rapidly in optoelectronic devices, especially in photovoltaic devices and radiation detectors. They also have great potential for applications such as transistor, memristor, photo-restriction, piezoelectric, ferroelastic, and thermoelectric related applications. In this chapter, the optical and electrical properties of perovskite single crystal are expounded, followed by details of crystal growth methods and recent advances in perovskite single-crystal optoelectronic devices.
