Abstract: Nowadays, green chemistry is a fast developing innovative field that leads to eco-friendly results for the future of science and technology. Designing reactions based on green principles is of great interest with exceptional physical, biological, or pharmaceutical properties. Replacement of chemical methods with environmentally benign processes for the sake of the environment is a need of society. Heterocycles are a fundamental component of many pharmaceuticals, including medications, vitamins, chemical molecules, and solvents. Heterocyclic compounds such as Pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine are widely distributed in nature. It helps in the development of various therapeutic agents. In this connection, nanotechnology provides a vast area for the synthesis of these compounds. Therefore, chemists have focused on the synthesis of these derivatives using nanomaterials due to their large surface-to-volume ratio and simple, effective, moderate conditions of utilization.
