摘要
Abstract Aconitum plants have a long history of medicinal use and are widely utilized in traditional Chinese medicine due to their significant therapeutic properties. Currently, approximately 36 commonly used Aconitum herbs are primarily employed to treat conditions such as wind‐cold, damp paralysis, and cold pain in the stomach and abdomen. The primary chemical constituents of these plants are diterpenoid alkaloids, which exhibit a range of pharmacological effects including anti‐inflammatory and analgesic, antitumor, antiarrhythmic, antiviral, insecticidal, and bactericidal properties. In this study, the diterpenoid alkaloids of Aconitum plants were systematically categorized and summarized through a comprehensive review of the literature. Additionally, their key biological activities were outlined to provide a foundation for further research on the diterpenoid alkaloid components of Aconitum and their potential development and utilization.
