摘要
Phosphorus Auger (KLL, 1D2) and photoelectron (1s and 2p) shifts of ten volatile phosphorus compounds containing polarizable ligands (CH3O, CH3, S, N(6H3)2) have been measured and compared to previous work. Relaxation contributions have been assessed by comparison of Auger and photoelectron shifts. Isomeric compounds (CH3O)2P(O)CH3 and (CH3O)3P are compared and the series (CH3)xPCl3−x (x = 1, 2, 3) analyzed.
