摘要
The visual pathway can provide important clues for diagnosis and evaluation of progression in neuroinflammatory disorders. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is used widely to demonstrate clinical and subclinical involvement of the optic nerve and retina in MS, MOG-IgG related disorders, and AQP-4 IgG related disorders via measurement of the retinal nerve fiber layer and ganglion cell inner plexiform layer. More recently, a number of studies evaluating vascular changes in the retina using OCT-angiography have emerged [1].
