Efficient Framework for Pet Adoption and Recommendation System

The fragmented landscape of pet adoption in India presents significant challenges, including the lack of essential features such as breed filters and effective communication channels, complicating the process for both prospective pet owners and sellers. Moreover, the absence of a centralized database and educational resources for new pet owners exacerbates inefficiencies and contributes to pet abandonment. Aims to address these issues by creating a centralized, user-friendly platform. The current system's deficiencies necessitate a novel approach to streamline the pet adoption process. Our methodology involves the development of a robust platform featuring advanced search filters (breed, gender, age, and price) and comparison tools to aid in informed decision-making. A significant innovation of our platform is the emphasis on communication, providing direct messaging and inquiry options to foster transparent and trustworthy interactions between adopters and sellers. Additionally, the platform offers extensive educational resources and guidance for new pet owners, promoting responsible pet care and thereby reducing instances of pet abandonment.
