摘要
studies demonstrate significant improvements in cardiac function and angiogenesis. Mechanistic investigations reveal that these effects are mediated through the activation of the HIF-1α/VEGF, Focal Adhesion Kinase (FAK), and p38/Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPKAPK)/Heat Shock Protein 27 (HSP27) pathways. This study introduces an exosome-based approach for MI treatment and cardiac repair, offering an effective strategy to enhance exosome biological activities and functions via traditional Chinese medicine preconditioning.
