若原液浓度未知 方法1:通过密度计算(需知道密度) 假设密度为 1.2 g/mL(常见有机溶剂范围,实际需查证): 原液质量浓度 = 密度 × 纯度 = 1.2 g/mL × 0.99 = 1.188 g/mL = 1188 mg/mL。 后续计算同上述步骤。 方法2:实验测定(推荐) 称重法: 用微量注射器取100 μL原液,精密称重(如120 mg,则密度=120 mg/0.1 mL=1200 mg/mL)。 按实际密度计算所需体积(如100 mg需体积=100 mg/1200 mg/mL≈83.3 μL)。 通用公式 V 取用 = C 目标 × V 目标 ρ × 纯度 ( ρ 为原液密度,单位g/mL) V 取用 = ρ×纯度 C 目标 ×V 目标 (ρ为原液密度,单位g/mL)
