1.硫负载不均匀/导电网络差。活化初期,很多硫活性物质无法有效参与反应(容量低)。随着活化进行,接触改善或更多活性物质被“激活”,容量反而回升了。这本质上是初始状态不佳,通过电化学过程“修复”到接近正常状态的表现。 2.在电池注液和静置后,电解液未能充分浸润整个电极,特别是厚电极或硫负载量高的电极内部。 3.导电剂添加量不足。电化学过程可能轻微改善了接触或形成了更有效的导电通路。
