Zh. 【出版日期】1996 【摘 要】2-Nitrophenazine N-oxide reacted with excess 4-MeOC6H4NH2 and 4-Aminoantipyrine reacted with CS2 in KOH and then with ClCH2CO2Na, EtCHBrCO2Na and Me2CBrCO2Na to give 3-(4'-antipyryl)rhodanine (I) and its 5-Et and 5,5-di-Me derivs., resp., by the thiocarbamate method. I condensed with 15 benzaldehydes, 5 isatins, 4-O2NC6H4CHO and 5-(4-bromo- and -nitro)furfurals to give the corresponding 5-ylidene derivs. Study of the anti-inflammatory activity of the synthesized substances showed that some of them exhibit powerful antiexudative action. A relationship between the activity of the substances and the nature of the substituents at position 5 of the thiazolidine ring was established. |
