However, existing circRNA-drug sensitivity association (CDSA) prediction methods generally face the following challenges: high dependence on wet experiments, sparse association data leading to a high percentage of false negatives, insufficient expression of embedded features, and inadequate modeling of higher-order heterogeneous relationships. |
