Detection of contaminant virus in Marek's disease virus cell culture by electronic microscopy.

To identify contamination during the Marek's disease virus (MDV) cultivation,we use electron microscope to observe contamination of mycoplasma,avian leukemia virus and chicken anemia virus.The results showed that electron microscope observation is an effective,accurate,quick and simple method for detetction of virus contamination during MDV cultivation in non-SPF chicken cell culture.
