摘要
A novel low-frame-rate active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) pixel circuit using holding voltage method of leakage compensation for portable displays is presented. The results of simulation showed the proposed pixel circuit has great ability for compensating the threshold voltage variation of the driving TFT $(\Delta V_{\text{TH}\_\text{DTFT}}$ ) and great image holding ability for pixel when operating in low frame rate of 1 Hz. Thus, it is suitable for portable displays.
