摘要
Employee silence refers to the behaviour that employees are reticent when they can improve the status quo of organization. We analysed 339 samples of employee silence in the information technology industry through a questionnaire survey by SPSS. Research process: 1. CFA test of variables, including $\chi^{2}$, CFI, IFI and RMSEA; 2. Two-tailed test was conducted for the correlation of variables; 3. use multiple regression model to analyse causality. The research proves that organizational trust mediates employee silence affects by negatively affecting organizational justice, which is a mediator variable.
