The west rationality is formal rationality or instrumental rationality.It resulted in west scientific technologic education development.The orientation Confucian rationality is essential rationality.It put forward zhongyong principle.It promoted Chinese ancient education development.Post modern education criticize modern education about positive knowledge and generality principle which is due to abusing instrument rationality.At the moment,the significance of the Confucian rationality which is contrary of formal rationality or instrumental rationality show up again.The post modern education will develop with the combination orientation rationality with west rationality.
