Research progress on home-based rehabilitation nursing needs and influencing factors of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Stroke is one of the three major killers endangering human health. Its disability rate is extremely high and it is the first cause of death in China. The vast majority of patients and their families hope to recover at home after discharge. However, home-based rehabilitation nursing for stroke in China started late and the system was not perfect. This article reviews the needs of home-based rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia and its influencing factors, in order to provide reference for further improvement of home-based rehabilitation nursing.
