摘要
Research on the core parameter detection technology of PET/MR based on YY/T 1719—2023 "General requirements of positron emission tomography and magnetic resonance equipment", which is the first industry standard related to PET/MR quality control in China. Taking uPMR 790 PET/MR as an example, using models such as the ACR MRI phantom and the NEMA IEC body phantom, performance tests and data analysis were conducted on PET/MR parameters such as signalto- noise ratio, uniformity, spatial resolution, and registration accuracy and the testing methods were explored and studied. The results obtained are all within the standard requirements and the normal range provided by the manufacturer, the signal-to-noise ratio of the MR system is 779.23, with uniformity of 91.04%, relative error of slice thickness of 4.02%, maximum geometric distortion of 0.40 mm, and visible spokes of 34 in low contrast; the tomography sensitivity of the PET system is 17.8 cps/kBq, with scattering fraction of 44%, peak NECR132.7 kcps, and maximum registration accuracy deviation of 1.4 mm. The testing methods used in YY/T 1719—2023 are mostly commonly used and mature technologies both domestically and internationally, which are executable. However, some of the methods used for certain parameters have some lag compared to international standards and have a certain level of complexity in practical operation.
