摘要
In this paper, a modified vector Jiles-Atherton (JA) model is proposed to simulate permanent magnet materials. Two correction coefficients related to the maximum magnetic flux density are introduced to improve the accuracy of the vector JA model in the simulation of the minor hysteresis loops. Hook-Jeeves direct search algorithm is used to identify the correction coefficients in the modified vector JA model. The hysteresis curves of an isotropic FeCrCo are measured, which show that the simulation accuracy of the modified approach is greatly improved. FEM A single-side axial permanent magnet hysteresis damper is modeled by the finite element method (FEM) and is designed to verify the reliability of the modified model. The results of the experiment and simulation agree well, which means that the modified vector JA model has better accuracy than the basic approach in the analysis and design of hysteresis devices.
