摘要
According to the standard requirements, the insulation blanket should be subjected to a dielectric withstand voltage test before use. Aiming at the poor versatility and low efficiency of the existing insulation blanket withstand voltage test electrodes, an adaptive insulation blanket withstand voltage test electrode device based on machine vision is proposed. The hardware and software of the device are designed to achieve the expected effect. By building a small-scale prototype, and selecting a representative insulation blanket sample for testing. The test results prove that the device can complete the insulation blanket withstand voltage test according to the standard requirements, and is superior to the traditional method in terms of adaptability and detection efficiency for samples of different models, sizes and shapes. The new device can meet the automation and intelligence needs of insulation blanket withstand voltage test, and has certain application value.
