A Single-Layer Glass TGV-Based Magneto-Electric Dipole Antenna for THz Applications

This paper presents a terahertz (THz) magneto-electric dipole (MED) antenna implemented on a single-layer glass Through-Glass Via (TGV) substrate, addressing the critical demand for highly integrated, low-loss solutions in THz applications, the proposed design overcomes limitations of conventional substrates while simplifying the complex 3D structure typical of MED antennas.
