摘要
In order to evaluate the performances of alternating current poled (ACP) devices, high-frequency ultrasound transducers with central frequency at 10 MHz were designed and fabricated using ACP and direct current poled (DCP) PMN-0.29PT single crystals. The prototyped transducers were characterized by both KLM simulation and experimental methods. Compared with DCP transducers, ACP transducers showed higher sensitivity (26% higher), broader bandwidth (4% broader at -6 dB), but lower electrical impedance (6% lower) according to experimental tests. This work demonstrated the promising perspective of ACP single crystal applications.
