Determination of Trace Elements in Adzuki Beans,Mung Bean and Soy Bean by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

To discuss the content of trace elements of in adzuki beans,mung bean and soy bean,Cu and Zn in the adzuki beans,mung bean and soy bean,were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The adzuki beans,mung bean and soy bean are rich in inorganic element.This method is simple and rapid,but also have high sensitivity and good repeatability.
