Study on Tissue Culture Technology of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels

[Objective] The paper aimed to select the best experiment condition of tissue culture technology of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels..[Method] With tender stem of A.sinensis(Oliv.)Diels.as material,effects of different kinds and concentrations of hormones on the multiplication and rootage were studied.[Result] The best sterilized time for the explants was 5 minutes in 0.1%HgCl2.The optimum medium for induction and multiplication of multiple shoot was MS+6-BA 0.30 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L.The best medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 1.50 mg/L+ NAA 0.01 mg/L.The culture substrate suitable for transplantation was humus soil∶ perlite=2∶ 1.[Conclusion] The research could provide a theoretical basis for industrial seedling of A.sinensis(Oliv.)Diels..
