Modal analysis for wave spring

Aiming at natural frequency of the wave spring,first,this paper introduces a method of creating 3D solid model that is derived based on Pro/E software;secondly,the model is saved as.iges document which can be solved by ANSYS software in order to obtain the modal specificity.Finally the design and analysis for complicated wave spring can be more conveniently simplified.With the wave spring,the natural frequency of the wave spring is simulated,and the simulation results compared with existing results about the disk spring in the same condition show that comparative natural frequency of the wave spring and the disk spring.
