Technological analysis on the NC machining processed for cylindrical cam is discussed with emphasis on expansion method,setting-up of cylindrical cam,choice of machining parameters,backlash compensation,the determination of processing roads,surface measuring of cylindrical cam.Cylindrical cam is machined based on DMU70V machining center and its quality is improved.
