Study on Dyeing Process of Soybean/PVA fibers with Reactive Dye

The dyeing process of soybean/PVA fibers dyed by reactive dye in denaturalization bath was studied in the paper. The results showed that the up-take rate was improved by the way of denaturalization bath. The up-take rates of two cotton-type reactive dyes, CibacronFN and CibacronLS, were increased 23% and 20%, respectively. In the alkali bath, the impact of dyeing temperature was greater than the dyeing time and the amount of salt. In the acid bath, the impact of pH value was greater than other two factors, and the dyeing time had the smallest impact.
