Infrared Thermography Non-destructive Testing Technology and Its Applications

Infrared thermography is a non-contact detecting technique. This paper reviews the existing works and the experiences of the use of infrared thermography in nondestructive testing fields.They include the pulsed thermography, lock-in thermography and the pulse phase thermography. It is also an attempt to give indications for a further use of the different methods and experiences in different fields.
