Research Advance in Clinical Analgesia of Dezocine

Dezocine is a mixed agonist-antagonist of opioid receptor,acting through agnoist effect to κreceptor to produce analgesic effects and dual effect of agnoist and antagonist to μ receptors.It has strong analgesic action but less side effects,so is widely used in intraoperative and postoperative analgesia as well as chronic cancer pain.In recent years,it′s discovered that dezocine has good application effect in preemptive analgesia with protective effect on the immune functions of patients,and new opinions about the adverse effects have also appeared.
