CD30 is a transmembrane glycoprotein of tumor necrosis factor receptor family, which is expressed differently in various lymphomas. It has specific effects on the proliferation and function of tumor cells. However, the significance of CD30 expression has not been fully recognized by clinicians and pathologists, and the detection and evaluation of CD30 have not been standardized. The role of CD30 in the diagnosis of lymphoma, detection methods and reporting standards are summarized in the paper to improve the understanding of CD30.CD30是肿瘤坏死因子受体家族中的一种跨膜糖蛋白,在多种淋巴瘤中具有不同程度的表达,对肿瘤细胞增殖和功能有特异性影响。然而,临床和病理医师尚未充分认识其表达意义,且CD30的检测与评估也未形成规范。因此,本文就CD30在淋巴瘤诊断中的作用、检测方法与报告标准等方面进行概述,以提高对CD30的认识。.
