摘要
The evolution of homo-sapiens into the most complex of modern creatures is due to the theory of natural selection. It is believed that chimpanzees evolved into humans over time by changing their posture into an erect formation, hence giving them an edge over other existing animals of that period. This paper covers a variety of similar research studies. Several researchers have carried out studies in the field of postural effects to explore the new dimensions of research in different fields. This paper compiled a study of posture to understand the relationship between an individual's daily posture and how it affects their bone health. This study contributes by conducting a pilot review and analyzes a number of existing researches done on posture detection and correction using machine learning and deep learning approaches, and discovers its challenges and scope for the future, which may give us a better understanding of how to avoid several musculoskeletal diseases among the general population.
