摘要
Biogas slurry is leftover slurry produced by anaerobic breakdown of biogas source substrates like animal manure or plant debris. Biogas slurry has attracted much interest because of its potential contribution to recovering soil characteristics and enhancing environmentally friendly agricultural productivity. This paper explores the environmental benefits of biogas slurry, focusing on its potential as a sustainable soil amendment. With global concerns over soil degradation, the paper highlights the urgent need for eco-friendly methods to enhance agricultural productivity. Examining the nutrient-rich composition of biogas slurry, it emphasizes its role as an organic supplement for soil. The review delves into how biogas slurry positively affects soil structure, water retention, and nutrient enrichment, fostering a conducive environment for plant growth and disease resistance. This eco-friendly approach reduces reliance on synthetic fertilizers, aligning with sustainable farming practices and offering farmers a means to recycle organic waste, minimize pollution, and decrease greenhouse gas emissions.
