Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ursodeoxycholic acid on drug-induced liver injury.Method One hundred and fifty-two patients with drug-induced liver injury were divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(52cases) at random.Items of liver function test were investigated after treatment.Result Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum total bilirubin(STB),aspartate aminotransferase(ALT) in both group decreased significantly and was lower in treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid is more effective than routine treatment.
