Design of the scheme for measuring the internal resistance of IC by digital multimeter

Digital multimeter could not be used to measure resistor of IC,while analog multimeter could,which is not convenient for user.In order to resolve this problem,the main reason was analyzed,which is the low voltage of table-pens.According to the measured principle of analog multimeter,auxiliary power supply was used for digital multimeter.The experiment result shows that digital multimeter combined with this method could be used to measure resistor of IC,and this scheme could be used in design and production of digital multimeter field.
