Ferroelectric Ceramics for High-voltage Capacitors

Introduced were three ferroelectric ceramic materials for high-voltage capacitors: BaTiO3-based, SrTiO3-based and PMN-based ceramics. Characteristics of the three ceramics separately were reviewed. Compositions and performances of the three ceramics were given. In addition, some opinions were given for the farther research of the high-voltage capacitor.
