摘要
The digital age has unleashed the era for businesses towards digital shift and latest digital technologies to stay competitive in globalized business landscape. However, many organizations struggle to keep up with the rapidly changing technologies, putting their survival at risk. To address this challenge, a maturity model taxonomy for digital transformation is proposed in this paper. The taxonomy aims to provide organizations with a clear roadmap for their digital transformation journey, allowing them to smoothly transition from their current state to the desired state. Based on a literature review and a three-phase approach, five dimensions for developing a maturity model have been identified: strategy, technology, organization, customer, and process digitization. The findings from this paper can be utilized by organizations as a blueprint for identifying and focusing on the dimensions crucial for preparing a meta maturity model tailored to their digital transformation journey.
