144P Real-world data of consolidative radiotherapy for extensive stage (ES)-SCLC treated by chemo-immunotherapy (chemo-IO)

The current standard of care for ES-SCLC is chemo-IO. Consolidative radiotherapy (ConsRT) after chemotherapy may improve survival, however it is not universally accepted, and was not allowed in chemo-IO prospective trials. Safety and efficacy of thoracic ConsRT during IO has not been reported for ES-SCLC. We present our experience of this potentially synergistic combination.
