Diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultra sound and color coppler ultra sonography in renal tumors

Objective To compare the differential diagnosis value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and color Doppler ultrasonography(CDUS)in renal tumors.Methods 33 renal soli lesions under went CEUS and CDUS.Results All less were confirmed by pathology,including 19 renal cell carcinoma as,11 renal angiomyolipoma as and 3 renal column hypertrophy.11 renal solid lesions were variously enhanced in different phases after Sono Vue injection.The accuracy of the two methods in the diagnosis of renal malignant tumors were 91% and 74%(P0.05).Conclusion Compared to CDUS,CEUS can raise the diagnosis accuracy in the renal malignant tumors
