Development of Electroless Plating in Ultrasonic Field

In this paper,the main features of electroless plating in ultrasonic field were described.The influences of ultrasonic on plating rate and properties of coating including deposition mechanism were discussed.Moreover,research status of electroless plating in ultrasonic field home and abroad were overviewed.
