Development of Stress Scale for College student

The purpose of this study was to develop a stress scale for college student.The research sample consisted of 507 students from two universities in Beijing.The result of the study indicated that the internal consistency of the scale was very high as indicated by the Cronbach α of 0.91 .The test\|retest correlation of 6 months interval was 0.78 .The construct validity of the stress scale was also discussed in this study.
