UV Ink and Its Application Technology

UV technology is widely used in many industry domains,and UV ink has advantages of fast-drying,high printing quality and no VOC emissions.As a kind of environment-friendly ink,it has caused more and more value in various printing process.In the paper,the structural features of prepolymer and monomer which were the main components of UV ink system and the UV curing mechanism were elaborated.By combining the development trend of UV ink technology,the dispersity of UV inkjet ink,its evaluation methods,and rheological features were discussed.Based on the experimental research result, the effect of the curing speed of UV ink and oxygen on polymerization reaction in the term of reaction dynamics was discussed. Additionally,the transfer rate of UV offset ink and the adhesive force of substrate with low energy surface were discussed.
