Objective To study the interrelations of HBV DNA,PHSA-Re ,HBcAg and HBeAg.Methods Contents of serum HBV DNA in patients with hepatitis B virus were determined by PCR-Fluorescence quanification:The serum PHSA-Re ,HBcAg and HBeAg were determined in102positive cases with different concentrations of HBV DNA and in36cases with negative HBV DNA.Results The positive rates of PHSA-Re ,HBcAg and HBeAg were86.27%,82.35%,and72.55%in the102positively cases and38.89%,80.56%and11.11%in the36cases respectively. The increased of PHSA-Re concentrations was positively correlated with HBV DNA content.Con clu sion Infection and replication of hepatitis B virus in patients with negative HBV DNA still coexist, and combined determination of the four parameters can reflect objectively the degree of replication and infection.
