Study on Callus Induction and Culture of FuDingBaiCha (Camellia sinensis)

In this paper, the callus inducing of tea (Camellia sinensis) Callus tissue was induced by using FuDingBaiCha (Camellia sinensis) as the explant, and these parameters which will be studied include sterilizing, explant, medium, and pH. The immature stem of FuDingBaiCha (Camellia sinensis) were treated by 75% EtOH, 0.1% HgCl2 with magnetic stirring. And the optimal growing of Camellia sinensis callus is MS supplemented with pH value of 5.8.
