摘要
This article proposes an active broadband reconfigurable metasurface designed to manipulate the amplitude and phase of reflected waves. The reconfigurable metasurface consists of tie-shaped metallic pattern and PIN diodes, where the PIN diodes are controlled by a bias voltage applied to achieve a 180 phase difference between the ON and OFF states. The operational frequency range of the reconfigurable metasurface spans from 6.5 to 13 GHz, exhibiting a relative bandwidth of 66.7%. Additionally, by controlling the bias voltage applied to the PIN diodes, the metasurface presents different reflected amplitude. The reflected amplitude manipulation experienced across the entire X-band exceeds 15 dB.
