In this work, the basis for high production, deterministic massive transfer process flow and equipment technology utilizing an electromagnetic force transfer head, are introduced and discussed. A fundamental requirement for using electromagnetic force is to include a paramagnetic material in the metallurgy of the micro‐LED contacts.
