The of 304 austenite stainless steel under the deformation of 50%,the strain rate of 0.005 S-1,0.01 S-1,0.05 S-1,0.1 S-1 at 950 ℃-1 150 ℃ was studied using the Gleeble-1500D thermal / mechanical simulation testing machine. The dynamic and kinematic models were build. The results show that the trend of dynamic recrystallization increases with increasing deformation and temperature and decreasing rate.Dynamic model and kinematic model of DRX provides a reliable theoretical basis for further finite element analysis of 304 stainless steel heavy forgings.
